Chemical treatment

Our metal stamping shop is equipped with Bruderer presses with a cutting force of 500 kN and speeds up to 1,120 strokes per minute. These high-speed Bruderer BSTA50EL presses are synonymous with precision, performance and reliability. They are designed for serial production of stamped parts, electrical contacts, and more.

We use various types of metal strip as input material, and all stamping operations are performed using cutting and forming tools. Finally, we inspect our parts using a Micro-Vu Vertex 310 optical measuring system. We also provide electroplating according to customer requirements.
